Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

How do I request for canceling a booking?
  • You need a send a cancellation request through the email id mentioned at the time of booking to guide@trip2delhi.com. Cancellation request should have booking id and phone number clearly mentioned
  • Alternatively you can also call the customer care at +91 9999 399 626 and provide details – booking id, phone number and email id to register the cancellation request
What are the charges for cancellation?
  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice you pay ZERO rupees as your cancellation fee
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in, you will pay only for one night stay no matter the number of stay days
  • If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
  • Our customer care operates from 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday except for all gazetted government holidays
  • We shall respond to the cancellation request within 4-6 business hours
How will my booking amount be refunded?
  • Booking amount will be refunded back within 10 days to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction
  • www.trip2delhi.com uses third party payment providers to receive payments from user. We are not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of reservation due to payment issues. We take utmost care to work with third party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers
